Dave Ellis started training life coaches in 1983. He specializes in high net worth clients and leaders of nonprofit organizations. His has coached national and international nonprofit leaders, social entrepreneurs, philanthropists, a professional NBA coach, and a Nobel Peace Prize winner. He donates all his coaching revenue to providing life coaching to organizations committed to the end of abject poverty.
Dave Ellis is also an author, philanthropist, and workshop leader who has reached audiences worldwide since first sharing his principles in 1979. His book, Becoming a Master Student, currently in its fifteenth edition, has been the best-selling college textbook in America for over two decades. In addition to this book, he has authored seven others including Life Coaching, Falling Awake, and Creating Your Future. Through his workshops and books, he has helped over five million people create a more wonderful life.
Dave Ellis is president of eConnect Books, a publishing and consulting company. In 1987, he founded The Brande Foundation which provides free leadership coaching to national and international nonprofits. Dave has contributed millions of dollars to the work of his foundation and to other organizations. He is married and has four daughters and five grandchildren.
