Vincent DiBianca is recognized by many CEOs, C-suite executives and entrepreneurs for impacting their ability to transform themselves, their company and their industry. For over 50 years, Vince served as a strategic confidant and leadership advisor to thousands of leaders committed to producing unprecedented results.
Vince began his career at Touche Ross (now Deloitte Touche) and later co-founded the DiBianca Berkman Group, a firm of over 50 consultants guiding transformational change. As a pioneer in introducing coaching to the business world in the early 1980s, Vince has guest lectured at Harvard Business School, USC Marshall School and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
