As founder and CEO of The Defining Difference - a success based coaching and training company - Cindy is devoted to helping people master the power of intentional choice to create a defining difference in their own life. Her coaching and training programs have transformed the lives of men and women by teaching them how to make powerful, intentional choices to propel their income and achieve their peak performance, nurture their health and wellness, build connected relationships and reduce stress by removing the blocks that limit their potential. Cindy's on-line training course to be released this year - '6 Weeks to Total Success' - provides a clear and practical blueprint for total personal and professional success.
Last year, Cindy joined 3 other amazing hosts for the conscious-edge, thought leading morning talk show called Wake Up!. The show focused on empowering women to lean into a bigger conversation in order to wake up their minds, wake up their bodies, and wake up their souls. For over 20 years, Cindy Ertman has established a strong presence in the mortgage industry. As EVP and National Sales Manager for one of the top 12 mortgage banks in the country, Cindy has been acknowledged as one of The Top 100 Most Influential Mortgage Executives in America by Mortgage Executive Magazine - three years in a row. She also serves on the faculty for one of the nation's largest mortgage training companies and devotes time supporting and educating loan officers across the country.
As a founding member of the Association of Transformational Leaders (ATL), a forum for individuals of significant influence in artistic, academic, social, corporate and humanitarian endeavors, Cindy is passionately devoted to helping people make profound transformational shifts in their own life.
Cindy graduated from University of the Pacific in Northern California and is a native of Southern California. Cindy enjoys spending time with her 3 children and close family and friends. She has a passion for travel, cooking and walks on the beach in her local community of Manhattan Beach.
